Stencil Cleaning Machine
Pneumatic, electric and ultrasonic stencil cleaning machines for metal stencils, red-glue stencils, misprinted boards and squeegees — the same family is bought as a stencil washing machine when the stencil has to come back to the printer fully dry. Stencils up to 750 × 750 × 40 mm, liquid tanks of 40 L or 60 L × 2, and a 3–5 minute wash, rinse and dry cycle. The pneumatic stencil clean machine needs no heater, while electric models add a 9 kW heated wash.

Four Things That Have To Be Cleaned on an SMT Line
Cleaning equipment is bought for the contamination, not for the machine. Once you know which of these four is costing you yield, the category usually picks itself.
Stencils and Misprinted Boards
Solder paste left in stencil apertures and on misprinted boards is the most common cause of bridging and insufficient solder. A stencil cleaning machine with heated wash, rinse and filtered air drying puts the stencil back on the printer in three to five minutes, instead of leaving it to a manual wipe.
PCBA After Soldering
Flux residue keeps working on an assembled board long after reflow, wave and selective soldering. In-line PCBA cleaning machines carry boards up to 600 mm wide through spray cleaning, rinse and hot-air drying without breaking the SMEMA flow into AOI.
Wave Solder Pallets and Carrier Jigs
Pallets, carriers and condensation traps collect paste, flux and dust pass after pass, and that build-up transfers straight onto the next board. A wave solder pallet cleaning machine removes it in a dedicated cycle, so the jig stops being a defect source.
Squeegees, Nozzles and Fixtures
