Pneumatic Stencil Cleaning Machine SME-750
Driven by compressed air alone — no electrical parts inside the wet chamber. SUS 304 body and pipework resist acid and alkali attack, patented 360° double-side rotary spray rods clean both faces of the stencil without disturbing tension, and one button runs wash, rinse and dry. Stencil size up to 750 × 750 × 40 mm, 40 L tank, 230 kg, 800 × 950 × 1650 mm.

Ultrasonic Stencil Cleaning Machine SME-730
A three-stage automatic stencil cleaning machine: spray-in-air first cleaning, ultrasonic final cleaning, then spray-in-air rinsing. The ultrasonic stage reaches fine-pitch apertures and aged flux that spray pressure alone cannot shift — the platform to specify for high-reliability and fine-pitch production.

Electric Stencil Cleaning Machine SME-800
A heated electric stencil cleaning machine that also serves as a metal stencil cleaner, handling red glue stencils, misprinted PCBs and squeegees in the same cabinet. Separate 60 L liquid and 60 L water tanks keep the wash and rinse circuits apart, a 9 kW heater holds cleaning temperature, and a full cycle still finishes in 3–5 minutes. Stencil size up to 750 × 750 × 40 mm.

The same cabinet washes misprinted PCBs and red glue stencils, so a misprint no longer means scrapping the board or pushing a defective panel down the line.
Flux Residue and Solvent Consumption
Liquid passes a 1 mm SUS 304 mesh, a 20 µm filter bag and 1 µm filter elements before being recirculated, so solvent is reused and waste volume drops.
Operator Safety and Machine Uptime
Inner-lock safety doors and safety valves stop the machine the moment a door is opened, and a modular build keeps maintenance down to filter changes and nozzle checks.
