PCB Inspection Conveyor
A 1000 mm chain or belt conveyor with built-in cooling fan and one conveyor stop, placed straight after printing or reflow. 1000 × 876 × 1056 mm frame, 75 kg, with optional LED grid lighting and ESD-safe rails.

PCB Linking Conveyor
Precision linking conveyor with integrated lighting that hands boards between printer, mounters and reflow oven. SMEMA interface, 910 ± 30 mm transmission height, ± 30 mm component clearance, 0.5 kW drive.

Telescopic Gate Conveyor

A conveyor is rarely bought on its own — it is bought to fix one specific handover. Here is what each stage of the line actually needs, and which conveyor type answers it.
- LoadingBare boards or pallets enter from a magazine loader or destacker. Cycle consistency here sets the tempo for everything downstream, so this is where stoppages hurt most.
- Printing and MountingLinking conveyors carry panels between printer, mounters and reflow oven. SMEMA handshaking plus a 910 ± 30 mm line height keeps the transfer synchronised with no adapters or rewiring.
- Buffering and AccessStock buffers absorb cycle-time differences between machines, while telescopic gate conveyors open a passage for operators when a printer or mounter needs attention.
