Applicable Locations and Usage Procedures

1

Loading — Your Line Starts Here

Boards enter automatically at a steady ~6s/board cycle, so your printer and mounters never wait for the next panel.

2

Printing & Mounting — Smooth Handover

SMEMA-compatible handshaking keeps boards synchronized with your printer, mounters and reflow oven — no adapters, no stops.

3

Inverting — No Manual Flips

Flip boards for double-sided assembly or change direction automatically — one less manual step for your team.

4

Unloading — Finish Clean

Finished boards stack safely into magazines, ready for the next process — no scratches, no double handling.

Your SMT line flow: Loader → Printer → Mounter → Reflow → Unloader. Whatever your setup — a compact line or a dual-track high-volume line — these machines slot straight in and keep boards moving without scratches or downtime.

Quick Answers Before You Ask

What is a PCB loader and unloader, and do I really need one?

A PCB loader feeds boards into your SMT line automatically from a magazine; an unloader stacks finished boards at the exit. If your operators are hand-feeding boards or boards get scratched in transit, these machines usually pay for themselves within months.

Which should I choose — magazine loader or destacker?

If your boards come in standard SMT magazines, a magazine loader is simplest. If you handle bare boards in stacks (common in PCB factories), a destacker separates them gently and is the better fit.

Will it handle my board sizes?

Standard machines cover boards from 50×50 mm up to 530×400 mm with adjustable conveyor width. Send us your exact sizes and we'll confirm fit — custom widths are available too.

Will it connect to my existing line?

Yes — every model uses the standard SMEMA interface, so it handshakes with your printer, mounters and reflow oven without extra adapters.

What actually drives the price?

Main factors: conveyor width range, single vs dual track, magazine type, PLC options, and any NG/OK or custom sizing. Standard models are the most cost-effective starting point.

How long before I have it running?

Standard machines ship within 15–25 days after order confirmation, plus a 12-month warranty and lifelong technical support — so downtime stays low and help is always available.

Can you build it to my spec or my brand?

Yes. Non-standard sizes, dual-track layouts, NG/OK separation, European-style magazines and OEM private-label manufacturing are all available — just share your requirements.
